Forward power shafts
Details of installation of a forward power shaft
|
|
- Details of installation of a forward power shaft are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
- Remove the corresponding wheel.
- Release a stupichny nut (65a), - the nut is subject to replacement without fail.
- Without disconnecting a flexible hose, remove a support of the brake mechanism (see the Head Tormoznaya and auxiliary systems).
- Disconnect steering draft from a rotary fist.
- By means of a stripper release a spherical support from the top cross lever of a suspension bracket. Check a condition of a boot, estimate degree of wear of the hinge, in case of need replace a spherical support.
- By means of an extractor squeeze out a power shaft (65) of a stupichny flange, - tie up a rotary fist to elements of a suspension bracket or a frame.
- Подрычажив, release a power shaft (65) from differential of the forward bridge and take it from under the car. Check a condition of boots of hinged assemblies, estimate degree of wear of the last, in case of need replace a shaft assembled.
- Installation is made upside-down, - track that a lock ring (65s) at installation of a shaft are in detail the lock down.

Back power shafts
Details of installation of a back power shaft

- Details of installation of a forward power shaft are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
- Remove the corresponding wheel.
- Cock the parking brake and release a stupichny nut (12), - the nut is subject to replacement without fail.
- Separate from stupichny assembly a basic arm of the wheel sensor (20a), remove the sensor (L6/3, - in case of the left wheel).
- By means of a stripper release from stupichny assembly a spherical support (91a) of the top cross lever of a suspension bracket. Check a condition of a boot, estimate degree of wear of the hinge, in case of need replace a spherical support.
- Squeeze out of stupichny assembly the extension hinge (97a).
- Release a power shaft (37) from a stupichny flange, - in case of need use a stripper, try not to damage a boot of a rotor of the wheel sensor.
- Release a power shaft (37) from differential of the forward bridge and take it from under the car. Check a condition of boots of hinged assemblies, estimate degree of wear of the last, in case of need replace a shaft assembled.
- Installation is made upside-down, - track that a lock ring (65s) at installation of a shaft are in detail the lock down.
