14.11.2. Removal and installation of modules of side safety cushions
Details of installation of modules of forward side safety cushions (on the example of the module of a driver's door)

- Details of installation of modules of forward side safety cushions are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
- Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
- Remove an internal upholstery of the corresponding forward door (see the Head Kuzov).
- Drill fixing rivets (1).
- Turn out bolts (2) and remove the safety cushion module, having separated from it an electrical wiring (3).
- Installation is made upside-down.
- In conclusion make diagnostics of SRS with use of the special equipment (ask for the help specialists of car service).

Back side safety cushions
Details of installation of modules of forward side safety cushions (on the example of the module of the right back door)

- Details of installation of modules of back side safety cushions are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
- Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
- Remove an internal upholstery of the corresponding back door (see the Head Kuzov).
- Disunite the contact socket (2) electrical wirings of a fuse of a gas generator of a safety cushion.
- Drill fixing rivets (1) and remove the module of a safety cushion (3).
- Installation is made upside-down.
- In conclusion make diagnostics of SRS with use of the special equipment (ask for the help specialists of car service).
