Details of installation of a longitudinal extension of a back suspension bracket


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

In total самоконтрящиеся bolts and nuts are subject to replacement without fail!

  1. Details of installation of a longitudinal extension of a back suspension bracket are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Remove back wheels.
  3. On the models equipped with xenon headlights disconnect from the right extension (97) draft of the regulator of level of landing (120a).
  4. on models 163.174 (ML 55 AMG) lift the additional fuel tank over a back stretcher.
  5. Having used a stripper, release the sharovy hinge of an extension from stupichny assembly.
  6. Previously having marked adjusting situation cam a bolt concerning a stretcher, disconnect an extension (97) from the last. Estimate a condition of the spherical hinge (see the Section Check of a Condition of Spherical Support of a Rotary Fist), in case of need make its replacement.
  7. Installation is made upside-down, - track that when tightening fixture the bridge held strictly horizontal position. Track correctness of combination of the tags put in the course of dismantle.
