7.4.9. Removal and installation of a starter

Details of installation of a starter on models 163.136 and 163.113 (engines of series 111 and 612)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a starter on models 163.136 and 163.113 are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
  3. Remove the left forward wheel and a loker of protection of a wheel arch.
  4. Disconnect an electrical wiring from starter plugs 30 (1) and 50 (2).
  5. Turn out fixing bolts (3) and remove assembly of a starter (M1).
  6. Installation is made upside-down, do not forget to perform the procedures interfaced to connection of the battery.

  4. Give a fixing nut (6) and remove a guard of a support of a suspension bracket of the power unit (5).
  5. Disconnect an electrical wiring from starter plugs 30 (1) and 50 (2).
  6. Turn out fixing bolts (3) and remove assembly of a starter (M1).
  7. Installation is made upside-down, do not forget to perform the procedures interfaced to connection of the battery.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a starter on models 163.128 are shown on illustrations to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
  3. Remove the lower section of a noise isolation.
  4. Remove the right lower branch pipe of an air path (1) and take him aside, without disconnecting from an air duct.
  5. Remove a protective cap and disconnect an electrical wiring from starter plugs 20 (3) and 50 (2).
  6. Turn out fixing bolts (4) and remove assembly of a starter (M1).
  7. Installation is made upside-down, do not forget to perform the procedures interfaced to connection of the battery.
