 PERFORMANCE ORDER

In total самоконтрящиеся bolts and nuts are subject to replacement without fail!

  1. Details of installation of assembly of the forward bridge are shown on illustrations to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Remove forward wheels.
  3. Remove forward shock-absorbers (see the Section Removal, check and installation of forward shock-absorbers).
  4. Disunite contact sockets of an electrical wiring of wheel sensors (L6/1x1 and L6/2x1).
  5. Disconnect brake lines from flexible brake hoses (see the Head Tormoznaya and auxiliary systems).
  6. Disconnect the driveshaft from an entrance flange of forward differential (see the Head the Transmission line).
  7. Remove the torsion springs of a forward suspension bracket (see the Section Removal and installation of the torsion springs).
  8. Remove protection of a case.
  9. Disconnect the torsion to a hose (28) from a car frame.
  10. Disconnect from a frame the top cross lever of a suspension bracket (6).
  11. At the corresponding complete set remove a stretcher basic arms of lines of a path of cooling of ATF.
  12. Release from clamps on back the parties of a stretcher (1) brake lines.
  13. On the models equipped with xenon headlights disconnect from the right lower cross lever draft (95b) of the landing level regulator.
  14. Pump out hydraulic liquid from the GUR tank.
  15. Turn out a wheel in the situation corresponding to the rectilinear movement and block it, having taken out a key from the ignition lock, - rotation of a wheel at the disconnected steering column is fraught with damage of a spiral contact drum of a chain of a horn and driver's safety cushion.
  16. At the corresponding complete set disconnect the socket of an electrical wiring of system of hydrostrengthening of a wheel (SPS), sensitive to speed of the movement, from a cover of a head of cylinders.
  17. Release nuts (25d), take a bolt and carefully release the lower shaft of a steering column (80a) from entrance knot of the steering mechanism (25), - in case of need slightly unclench a clamp the screw-driver.

Extend a shaft in the direction strictly parallel to its axis!

Самоконтрящеся nuts (25d) are subject to replacement without fail.

  1. Having released nipple nuts / having turned out hollow bolts of nipple connections, remove pressure head (30i) and returnable (30f) hydraulic lines of a path of GUR, - at once to a zakuporta the open ends of nipple sockets.
  2. Disconnect a ventilating hose from a differential case.
  3. Prop up a stretcher of the forward bridge (1) and turn out самоконтрящиеся bolts (1f), - bolts are subject to replacement without fail.
  4. Having taken all shlag to the parties, omit assembly of the bridge.
  5. In case of need remove a stretcher and make replacement of rubber pillows of support of a suspension bracket of transmission, extraction/landing of plugs is made by means of a special extractor.
  6. Installation is made upside-down, - final tightening of elements of fastening of cross levers is made only after lowering of the car on the earth. At connection of a steering shaft rack transfer has to be given to neutral (rectilinear) situation. Do not forget about need of performance of replacement of sealing elements of nipple sockets of hydraulic lines.
  7. In conclusion modify levels of working liquids of the brake system and GUR, remove air from hydraulic paths.
  8. Modify the direction of optical axes of headlights and execute adjustment of geometry of a suspension bracket.
