 PERFORMANCE ORDER

In total самоконтрящиеся bolts and nuts are subject to replacement without fail!

Remkomplekta of racks of the torsion bar are issued only for release models from 01.08.98, - in case of failure of components of earlier versions it is necessary to make full replacement of rack-mount knots by more modern!

  1. Details of installation of the torsion bar are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Remove protection of a case.
  3. Remove a noise isolation.
  4. Remove collars (22b) from the lower cross levers of a suspension bracket (4) and rubber plugs (22a).
  5. Release the lower bracket (21b) of fastening of a rack and remove the torsion bar (10).
  6. Remove from a bar rubber plugs (22a and 21a), previously having marked their adjusting provisions.
  7. On release models from 01.08.98 remove washers (21i).
  8. Remove the fixing collars (21k).
  9. In case of need release a fixing nut, take an axial bolt and remove a rack of the torsion bar (21e).
  10. Vypressuyte from a rack the plug (21h).
  11. Installation is made upside-down, - track correctness of an arrangement of rubber plugs, before tightening of fixture center a bar.
