4.4.12. Removal and installation of a damper of tortional fluctuations / pulley of a driving belt

- Details of installation of a damper of tortional fluctuations / a pulley of a driving belt of the engine of a series 111 are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
- Remove assembly of the fan of the cooling system with the viscous coupling.
- Remove a casing of the fan (8).
- On the models equipped with the soaking-up fan remove ventilatory assembly / the electric fan К/В.
- At the corresponding complete set take off a belt of the drive of the K/V compressor (9a).
- Take off a belt of the drive of auxiliary units (9).
- Having turned a bent shaft in the normal direction, bring the piston of the first cylinder into the provision of VMT, - the pin of a bent shaft has to be developed by a segment spline (7) up.
- By means of special adaptation (3) block a gear wreath of a flywheel / a driving disk.
- Turn out the central bolt (5) and remove it together with dish-shaped washers (6).
- By means of a dvukhnozhechny stripper remove assembly a pulley/damper of tortional fluctuations (62).

- Details of installation of a damper of tortional fluctuations / a pulley of a driving belt of engines of series 112 and 113 and a forward epiploon (113) are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
- Remove panels of finishing of the power unit.
- Remove an airchipper.
- Remove assembly of the fan with the viscous coupling (1) and a casing of ventilatory assembly (3).
- Take off a belt of the drive of auxiliary units (2).
- Having blocked a pulley for teeths of a damper of tortional fluctuations, turn out the central bolt (4).
- Remove assembly of a pulley/damper of tortional fluctuations (5).
- On M113 engines, having hooked the screw-driver, take a forward epiploon of a bent shaft (7), - try not to damage a landing surface of a pulley.
- Installation is made upside-down, - at installation of an epiploon use a suitable mandrel, do not apply any sealants.
