Verification of the basic provision of a balancing shaft (series 112 engines)
|
- Illustrative material on verification of the basic provision of a balancing shaft on engines of a series 112 is presented on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
- Remove transmission assembly (see the Head Automatic transmission).
- Remove a driving disk (see the Section Removal and installation of a flywheel / a driving disk).
- Uncover a head of cylinders.
- On the engines equipped with the air pump remove the right combined valve.
|
Sealing laying of the combined valve is subject to replacement without fail. |
- Deploy the engine in situation 40 ° after VMT of the piston of the first cylinder.
- Check basic position of camshafts (see the Section Installation of Basic Position of Camshafts).
- Establish blocking plates (2) on the right and left heads of cylinders, having filled them in grooves (1) of camshafts.
- At the correct installation of a balancing shaft the opening (3) in a back counterbalance (4) has to be combined with a nest in an engine case, - fill in openings a pin with a dimeter of 8.40 ÷ of 8.55 mm. Make sure also of combination risks (V) on a forward counterbalance with a pin (A) in a case, - risk and a pin are located in about 22 cm below the interfaced surface of a head and are looked through through a window in the left cover of the GRM drive.
- At violation of basic installation the balancing shaft needs to be replaced.
- Working as it should be the return to a dismantle order, install into place all being removed components.
