- Make greasing of hinged connections of the driving mechanism.
- Slowly squeeze out against the stop, then release the accelerator pedal, - at identification of signs of a side play or jamming replace a cable of the drive of a butterfly valve (see below).

- Switch off ignition.
- Release a cover on a basic plate (2) regulators of the drive of a butterfly valve.
- Check smoothness of the course of a connecting rod (32/4) cables of gas (32), replace obviously faulty components (see below).

Adjustment
At the closed butterfly valve
|
|
- Release a connecting rod (32/4) on the lever of the drive of a butterfly valve (32/5) and estimate an idling limiter condition.
- Deploy the lever (32/5) clockwise against the stop in the idling limiter.
- Rotation of a spherical nest freely adjust the provision of a connecting rod (32/4) on a support of the lever of the drive of a butterfly valve (32/5).
- Put a rod (32/4) in a spherical support of the lever (32/5) and record it a lock-nut.
- Completely release the accelerator pedal (24), - the roller (32/8) of the basic lever (32/6) has to rest against the idling limiter freely.

At completely open butterfly valve
|
|
- Having turned to the left, release the limiter of the maximum opening of a butterfly valve (38).
- Having squeezed out the accelerator pedal (24), open a butterfly valve so that the driving lever (32/5) rested against an emphasis of the activator (shooter).
- Having turned to the right, record an emphasis (38) in the adjusted situation.

- During dismantling try as it is possible to remember in more detail adjusting provisions of the removed components, having paid special attention to the torsion spring (5) and a lever roller (6). Replace defective parts.
- At installation of axial screws (8) during assembly track providing to both levers (4 and 3) of an axial side play within 0.1 ÷ 0.3 mm.
- Having finished assembly, make sure of serviceability of functioning of the regulator

Check smoothness of the course and a condition of the sensor of position of the translated lever (31/1) and a driving cable (32). Replace defective components.
Adjustment

- Squeeze out the accelerator pedal (24) against the stop it in the kickdown sensor switch (S16/6), however without activating the last.
- Rotation of the adjusting screw (32/3) finish that the sensor of position of the translated lever (31/1) rested against the limiter of the maximum opening of a butterfly valve (b).
- At the released accelerator pedal the sensor has to rest against the limiter of idling (a), - achieve implementation of this requirement by rotation of an adjusting nut (32/2), - it is alternatively possible to choose completely as the same nut a free wheeling of a pedal.
- Make sure of completeness of the course of a butterfly valve.

Removal and installation of a cable of the drive of a butterfly valve
Model 163.136
Adjustment of the drive of a butterfly valve on models 163.136 (the series 111 engine)

- Details of installation of a cable of gas on models 163.136 (the series 111 engine) are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
- Uncover the regulator of the drive of a butterfly valve.
- Hands transfer the basic lever (32/6) to the situation corresponding to full opening of a butterfly valve (shooter) and, holding it, release a driving cable (32) from the directing element (32/6).
- Disconnect the directing element (32/5) from the basic lever (32/6) and remove the last assembled with a driving cable (32).
- Squeeze a plastic clamp (30/4) and release it from a basic plate (2) assembled with a driving cable (32).
- Disconnect a tip of a cable (shooter) from the accelerator pedal (24).
- Push a cable from salon in a motive compartment, - track that the plug through passage remained on the place in a partition.
- Take hummock assembly from a motive compartment.
- Installation is made upside-down, - grease the open site of a cable between the directing element (30/5) and a tip with anticorrosive structure, track reliability of landing of a fixing pin (24/1).
- In conclusion check correctness of adjustment of a cable, in case of need make necessary adjustment.

- Details of installation of a cable of gas on models 163.154/157172/174/175 (engines of series 112 and 113) are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
- Disconnect a driving cable (32) from a spherical head.
- Squeeze a plastic clamp (30/4) and disconnect it from the fixed lever (10) assembled with a driving cable (32).
- Uncover, established at the left under the dashboard.
- Disconnect a tip of a cable (shooter) from the accelerator pedal (24).
- Push a cable from salon in a motive compartment, - track that the plug through passage remained on the place in a partition.
- Take hummock assembly from a motive compartment.
- Installation is made upside-down, - track reliability of landing of a fixing pin (24/1).
- In conclusion check correctness of adjustment of a cable, in case of need make necessary adjustment.
