6.2.10. Removal and installation of the fuel distributive highway and nozzles

Details of installation of the fuel distributive highway on models 163.113 (the series 612 engine)

1 — the Basic arm of the pressure head line
19/1 — the TNVD Pressure head line
21 — the Fuel highway
21/3 — the Line of removal of oil
21/4 — the Line of return of fuel

21/6 — Fuel-supply lines of nozzles
22 — the Line of return of fuel from a cooler
23 — Sealing rings
B4/6 — the Sensor of pressure of the fuel highway
Y74 — pressure Valve regulator


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of the fuel distributive highway on models 163.113 (the series 612 engine) are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Remove panels of finishing of a cover of a head of cylinders.
  3. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the sensor (B4/6) and the valve regulator of pressure (Y74).
  4. Remove fuel-supply lines of nozzles (21/6).
  5. Remove from the fuel highway (21) pressure head (19/1) and returnable (21/4) lines.
  6. Remove the line of return of fuel from a cooler (22) and the line of removal of oil (21/3).
  7. Remove the fuel highway, in case of need remove nozzles (see below).
  8. Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace all sealing elements.
  9. In conclusion start the engine and check components of a fuel path for existence of signs of development of leaks, clear memory of the module of onboard self-diagnostics (see the Head Sistemy of electric equipment of the engine).

Nozzles

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of nozzles on models 163.113 (the series 612 engine) are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Remove a broad tank of the cooling system.
  3. Remove panels of finishing of a cover of a head of cylinders (7 and 8).
  4. Disconnect an electrical wiring from nozzles (Y76).
  5. Release clamps (2) and remove the line of removal of oil (3).
  6. Remove clamps (4) and take nozzles (Y76).
  7. Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing elements.
  8. In conclusion start the engine and check components of a fuel path for existence of signs of development of leaks, clear memory of the module of onboard self-diagnostics (see the Head Sistemy of electric equipment of the engine).

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of the fuel distributive highway on models 163.128 (the series 628 engine) are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Remove the air distributor (see the Section Service of Components of an Inlet Air Path).
  3. Remove fuel-supply lines of nozzles (21/6) and the pressure head fuel line (19/1).
  4. Turn out bolts (2) and remove the fuel highway (21).
  5. Installation is made upside-down, - tighten fixing bolts only after installation of pressure head lines.
  6. In conclusion start the engine and check components of a fuel path for existence of signs of development of leaks, clear memory of the module of onboard self-diagnostics (see the Head Sistemy of electric equipment of the engine).

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of nozzles on models 163.128 (the series 628 engine) are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Remove the air distributor (see the Section Service of Components of an Inlet Air Path).
  3. Remove the left air duct (4).
  4. Remove the left forward wheel and a loker of protection of a wheel arch.
  5. Disconnect an inlet air duct from a cover of a head of cylinders and take it aside.
  6. Uncover right and left nozzles (2).
  7. Disconnect from nozzles an electrical wiring and fuel-supply lines (6).
  8. Release clamps (7), then remove and take aside lines of removal of oil (8).

Clamps is subject to replacement without fail!

  1. Remove clamps (10) and take nozzles (Y76).
  2. Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing elements.
  3. In conclusion start the engine and check components of a fuel path for existence of signs of development of leaks, clear memory of the module of onboard self-diagnostics (see the Head Sistemy of electric equipment of the engine).
