Removal of air from a contour of low pressure of a fuel path of the engine of a series 612

1 — the Union of the returnable fuel line
2 — the Ventilating hose

3 — the Ventilating pump


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Illustrative material on implementation of the procedure of removal of air from a contour of low pressure of a fuel path of the engine of a series 612 is presented on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Remove panels of finishing of a head of cylinders.
  3. Disconnect the line of return of fuel from the union (1).
  4. Connect to the released union (1) a ventilating hose (2).
  5. Connect the ventilating pump (3) to a lighter nest.
  6. Perform the procedure of airing until fuel in a final stream does not cease to bubble.
  7. Switch-off the pump (3) and restore initial connection of lines of communication.
  8. Installation of the removed components is made as it should be, the return to an order of their dismantle.
