6.2.16. Removal and installation of the module of management of fuel injection

Details of installation of the module of management CDI (N3/9) on models 163.113 (the series 612 engine)


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of the module of management of injection (CDI) on models 163.113 (the series 612 engine) are shown on a sopr.illyustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Uncover the assembly block located in the left part of a motive compartment.
  3. Disconnect an electrical wiring and take the module of management (N3/9).
  4. Installation is made upside-down, - track reliability of fixing of the contact socket.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of the module of management of injection (CDI) on models 163.128 (the series 628 engine) are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
  3. Open a cowl and record it in vertical position.
  4. Uncover the assembly block of safety locks/relay.
  5. Release clamps and disunite contact sockets of an electrical wiring (at first 3, then 1 and 2) the module of management CDI (N3/9).
  6. Having pulled up, take the module of management (N3/9).
  7. Installation is made upside-down, - first of all the socket (1) is connected and fixed. Track reliability of fixing of sockets.
  8. In conclusion clear memory of the module of system of onboard self-diagnostics (see the Head Sistemy of electric equipment of the engine).
