12.3.12. Removal and installation of the cylinder of the lock of ignition

When jamming a key in the cylinder of the lock sprinkle the last special spray, - if greasing does not help, the cylinder should be replaced.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

By means of a suitable hook remove the coil of the transponder (L11) from the lock cylinder.

Turn a key in the lock in situation 1, then it is a little more (before click).

Having turned a cover (36b) on 90 ° counterclockwise, remove the cylinder of the lock (36).

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Grease the cylinder (36) with special lubricant and put it in a cover (36b).
Pass a key through a cover (36b) and against the stop enter it into the lock cylinder, - cams have to clean up completely.
Fill the cylinder (36) in castle assembly, - track that uvulas (shooter) of the cylinder (36) were combined with deepenings in the lock (shooter).
By means of a mandrel (011) develop a cover (36b) on 90 ° clockwise before click of a clamp.
Turn a key in the cylinder in situation 0 and remove a mandrel (011).
Put the coil of the transponder (L11) on the cylinder (36).
