13.1.16. Removal and installation of doors
Details of installation of a forward door (on the example of the left door)

- Details of installation of a forward door are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
- Disunite a contact block (X35/1 or X35/2).
- Turn out the screw (1) of fastening of the limiter of opening of a door to a rack And.
- Remove from a rack And a boot.
- Mark the provision of the lower loopy level on a doorframe, then turn out bolts (2) of its fastenings.
- Ask the assistant to hold a door and turn out bolts (3) fastenings of a level of the top loop, - also previously mark its situation on a doorframe.
- By means of the assistant remove door assembly from the car, - try not to damage a paint and varnish covering.
- If any of loops needs replacement, remove it from a rack And.
- Installation is made upside-down, - track correctness of combination of the landing tags put in the course of dismantle and correctness of fastening of a rack-mount boot, in size of regional gaps (see Specifications) make sure of correctness of an arrangement of a door in a body aperture, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment. Make sure of serviceability of operation of a latch of the lock.

Back doors

- Disunite a contact block (X35/3 or X35/4).
- Turn out a bolt (1) of fastening of the limiter of opening of a door to a rack of Century.
- Remove from a rack In a boot.

- Ask the assistant to hold a door and turn out bolts (3) fastenings of a level of the top loop, - also previously mark its situation on a rack.

Back door
Details of installation of a door of a back

- Details of installation of a door of a back are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
- Remove an internal upholstery of door assembly (see the Section Removal and installation of panels of an internal upholstery of door assemblies).
- Disunite contact sockets of an electrical wiring (1) and push them in cable channel.
- Disconnect an electrical wiring (2) from assembly of an electric motor of the drive of a back screen wiper. Release a plait from a doorframe.
- Record a door in open situation and remove a sliding emphasis.
- Previously having marked the provision of loopy levels, turn out screws (3) of their fastenings to a doorframe.
- By means of the assistant remove door assembly (4).
- Installation is made upside-down, - track correctness of combination of the landing tags put in the course of dismantle, in size of regional gaps (see Specifications) make sure of correctness of an arrangement of a door in a body aperture, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment. Make sure of serviceability of operation of a latch of the lock.
