Details of installation of a casing of the K/V evaporator

PERFORMANCE ORDER

All sealing elements are subject to replacement without fail. Details of installation of a casing of the evaporator of the conditioner of the air/heat exchanger of a heater are shown on illustrations to which all references which are found in the text belong. Empty the cooling system (see the Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases). Disconnect an overflow hose of the cooling system from a board of the rechargeable battery. Release fixing a collar and disconnect the top hose from the electric water pump. Give fixing nuts and remove a broad tank of the cooling system from a partition of a motive compartment. Take a tank aside. Disconnect hoses of a cooling path (17) from the heater heat exchanger. In the conditions of a workshop of car service make the К/В system discharge. Give самоконтрящуюся a nut (16) of the broad valve (15). Disconnect from the broad valve (15) low pressure (13) and high-pressure (14) lines of a refrigerator path. Remove the holder of the dashboard (4). Release the module of management of ETC (N15/3) from clamps. Disconnect an electrical wiring from an electric motor of the drive of the mixing gate of air (M16/8). Disconnect an electrical wiring from a step electric motor of the drive of the gate of switching of the modes of air circulation (M39). Disunite the contact socket of an electrical wiring (B10/6x1) of the sensor of temperature of the evaporator. Disconnect an electrical wiring from resistive assembly of the fan of a heater (6). Disconnect an electrical wiring from the fan of a heater (5). Remove the module of management of K/B (N19). Release from intermediate clamps on a casing of the evaporator (1) a cable plait. Remove the sound-proof panel (2). Disconnect a drainage hose from the lower part of a casing of the K/B (1) evaporator. Remove a casing (1). Installation is made upside-down, - gas station of the air conditioning system has to be made in the conditions of a workshop of car service. In conclusion check the cooling system for existence of signs of development of leaks.
