5.2.5. Removal and installation of the heat exchanger of a heater

Details of installation of the heat exchanger of a heater


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of the heat exchanger of a heater are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Remove a casing of a heater (7).
  3. Turn out a bolt (1) of fastening of a cover (2) air ducts.
  4. Remove the lever (3) drives of the mixing gate.
  5. In a motive compartment disconnect hoses of a cooling path of the engine (a square insert) from branch pipes of the heat exchanger of a heater (6).
  6. Turn out a bolt (4) and remove an assembly bracket (5).
  7. Having pulled up, take the heat exchanger (6) from a casing of a heater (7).
  8. Installation is made upside-down.
  9. In conclusion check the cooling system for existence of signs of development of leaks.
