5.2.17. Removal and installation of the broad valve

5 — Clamps of fastening of refrigerator lines

6 — the Broad valve
7 — Bolts
8 — Sealing elements
9 — the Arm of fastening of the broad valve to the K/V evaporator


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

All sealing elements are subject to replacement without fail.

  1. Details of installation of the broad valve are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. In the conditions of a workshop of car service make the К/В system discharge.
  3. Give fixing nuts (1) and take aside a broad tank of the cooling system (2).
  4. Disconnect a basic arm of refrigerator lines (4) from the broad valve (6).
  5. Release refrigerator lines from intermediate clamps (6) on a back partition of a motive compartment.
  6. Take away tubes from the broad valve (6) and remove the last.
  7. Installation is made upside-down, - gas station of the air conditioning system has to be made in the conditions of a workshop of car service.
