5.2.16. Removal and installation of the K/V condenser

Details of installation of the K/V condenser

7 — the Radiator
M4 — Auxiliary ventilatory assembly (at the corresponding complete set)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

All sealing elements are subject to replacement without fail.

Details of installation of the K/V condenser are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.

On models 163.136/154/157/172 remove auxiliary ventilatory assembly (M4) (see the Section Removal and installation of auxiliary ventilatory assembly, - model 163.136/154/157/172 of the corresponding complete set).

On models 163.112/128 remove a cooler of a path of pressurization of air (see the Section Removal and installation of a radiator of the cooling system).

In the conditions of a workshop of car service make the К/В system discharge.

Verify the screw (2) and disconnect the refrigerator line from a receiver dehumidifier.

Turn out the screw (6) and disconnect the refrigerator line from the condenser (5).

Remove from a radiator of the cooling system (7) a rubber sealant (4).

Turn out fixing bolts (3) and, having pulled up, remove the K/B (5) condenser.

Installation is made upside-down, - gas station of the air conditioning system has to be made in the conditions of a workshop of car service.
