11.7. Removal and installation of the ETS/ESP hydromodulator

Details of installation of the ETS/ESP hydromodulator

DK — the First working diagonal contour
HL — To to a support of the brake mechanism of the left back wheel
HR — To to a support of the brake mechanism of the right back wheel

SK — the Second working diagonal contour
VL — To to a support of the brake mechanism of the left forward wheel
VR — To to a support of the brake mechanism of the right forward wheel


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of the hydromodulator are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Switch off ignition.
  3. Remove the tank of liquid of washing of glasses (see the Head Kuzov).
  4. Previously having marked, disconnect from the ETS/ESP hydromodulator hydraulic lines, - at once to a zakuporta the open ends of lines and nipple sockets.
  5. Remove the left forward wheel and a loker of protection of a wheel arch.
  6. Having released the bayonetny lock, disunite the 15-contact electric socket of the hydromodulator.
  7. Отболтив from the bearing plate, remove the hydromodulator and take it from a motive compartment through a wheel arch, previously having released the line of ventilation of the transfer case from clamps. In case of need lift up and remove an assembly plate from rubber pillows.
  8. Installation is made upside-down, - track correctness of connection of hydraulic lines.
  9. In conclusion pump over the brake system (see the Section Pumping of the Brake System) and clear memory of the module of system of onboard self-diagnostics (see the Head Sistemy of electric equipment of the engine).
