4.5.10. Removal and installation of a final collector
Details of installation of a final collector of the engine of a series 612

- Details of installation of a final collector of the engine of a series 612 are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
- Remove primary catalytic converter (120/1).
- Remove a turbocompressor (110).
- On models remove a basic arm of the directing tube of the probe of measurement of the AT level from AT, - do not pick up the phone.
- Give самоконтрящиеся nuts (4) and remove a final collector (1).

- Check a condition of fixing hairpins, in case of need make replacement.
- Carefully smooth out the interfaced surfaces of a collector and the block of cylinders.
- Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing laying (2).

- Give nuts (5) and remove a final collector (1/3).
