4.5.12. Removal and installation of a back face cover, replacement of a back epiploon of a bent shaft

Details of installation of a back face cover / epiploon of a bent shaft of the engine of a series 612


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a back face cover / a back epiploon of a bent shaft on engines of a series 612 are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Remove a flywheel / a driving disk (1) (see the Section Removal and installation of a flywheel / a driving disk).
  3. Turn out fixing bolts and remove a face cover (2) assembled with a back epiploon of a bent shaft, - hook a cover in the places specified by shooters, try not to damage sealing laying of the pallet of a case.
  4. Merge motive oil.
  5. Release bolts of fastening of the pallet and merge from the last the oil remains.
  6. Carefully smooth out the interfaced surfaces.
  7. Establish into place a cover with the epiploon pressed in it.

If the epiploon (3) is damaged, the cover should be replaced.

  1. Establish a back sealing ring of a bent shaft (5) (the assembly coupling (4)).
  2. Establish a flywheel / a driving disk.
  3. Tighten bolts of fastening of the pallet.
  4. Fill in fresh oil in the engine.
  5. Start the engine and check it for existence of signs of development of leaks.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a back face cover / a back epiploon of a bent shaft on engines of a series 628 are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
  2. Remove transmission (see the Head Automatic transmission).
  3. By means of special adaptation (7) block a gear wreath of a driving disk.
  4. Turn out fixing bolts (6) and remove a driving disk (4) (see the Section Removal and installation of a flywheel / a driving disk).
  5. Merge motive oil (see the Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
  6. Turn out bolts (2) and remove a face cover (1), having accurately hooked it the screw-driver with a flat sting around installation of the directing plugs.
  7. Take an old epiploon (3)
  8. Carefully smooth out the interfaced surfaces and, having put on sealant, establish a cover into place.
  9. Establish a new epiploon (3).
  10. Дейтсвуя as it should be, the return to a dismantle order, install into place the being removed components.
  11. Start the engine and check it for existence of signs of development of leaks.
