- Details of installation of a forward epiploon of a bent shaft on engines of a series 612 are shown on illustrations to which all references which are found in the text belong.
- Take off a belt of the drive of auxiliary units (1).
- By means of special adaptation (2) block a gear wreath of a flywheel / a driving disk.
- Remove a damper of tortional fluctuations / a pulley of a driving belt (6) (see the Section Removal and installation of a damper of tortional fluctuations / a pulley of a driving belt).
- Having hooked the screw-driver, take an old epiploon (8) from the landing nest, - try not to damage the condensed surfaces.
- Installation is made upside-down, - for landing of an epiploon use a mandrel (9).

- Details of installation of a forward face cover / a forward epiploon of a bent shaft on engines of a series 628 are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
- Open a cowl and record it in vertical position.
- Remove a damper of tortional fluctuations / a pulley of a power shaft (3) (see the Section Removal and installation of a damper of tortional fluctuations / a pulley of a driving belt).
- Turn out fixing bolts (5) and remove a forward face cover (6) of the engine.
- Having hooked the screw-driver, take from a landing nest in a cover an old epiploon (4).
- Carefully smooth out the interfaced surface of a face cover and the block of the engine.
- Apply sealant and establish a face cover on the regular place.
- By means of a suitable mandrel put the NEW epiploon in a cover.
- Further installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
- In conclusion start the engine and check it for existence of signs of development of leaks through a forward epiploon.
